92101 and a half!
What is it? Basically, I think real estate agents make too much money for most listings. Don’t you? So here it is: I’ll sell your 92101 downtown San Diego condo for 1.5%. Is that the whole cost? Of course not. “Don’t be fatuous, Jeffrey.” Or if you like The Shawshank Redemption, “How can you be so obtuse?” You’ll need to offer a payday to a buyer’s agent to bring you a ready, willing, and able buyer. Commissions are always negotiable but it usually takes 2.5% to 3.0% to motivate them. Bottom line: You’ll save around 2% of the final sales price in commission charged compared to traditional brokerages.
You say, “Alan, How can you do that?” Easy. I have no overhead. I have no bricks and mortar or support staff or paper or fax or anything else from the 1980s. I have a brain, determination, and the experience of a lawyer/Realtor who has lived and breathed downtown San Diego for the last 10 years. It’s really that simple. I’m a hyper-local, tech savvy, downtown San Diego 92101 niche Realtor. So you wanna save some money?
