  • City Walk pet policy: “Reasonable”.  No weight limits.  Prefer no more than 2 dogs.
  • City Walk BBQ policy: Gas bbqs allowed on patios
  • Of note at City Walk condos in the Marina District: “View” gym, great courtyards, on-site manager during week, mail room on Level P, security cameras (and Channel 23 to see visitors requesting building access)
  • Also @ City Walk: Homeowner’s Association has 4 parking spots to rent out at approximately $250/month; underground deeded parking and storage attached to all units.
  • And: Per a current homeowner/resident, no litigation as of March 2011 (all potential claims allegedly settled without formal litigation for approximately $3 million)
